Ingredients
12 eggs
450g (2 1/4 cups) granulated sugar
360ml (12 oz) Spanish Brandy
450ml (15 oz) Khà Natural Yellow Rice Wine
1,100g (36 oz) whole milk
715g (24 oz) heavy cream
7.5g (~3 teaspoons) freshly-grated nutmeg
Method
In a blender or using a hand blender on low speed, beat eggs until smooth.
Add nutmeg and sugar and blend until incorporated and dissolved.
Add Khà Rice Wine, brandy, milk, and cream and blend.
