
Mint-TEA Mẩy
The recipe spotlights salt-pickled lemon also known as “chanh muối”.

Ingredients
(75ml) 2 ½ fl oz peppermint tea, cold brewed
(30ml) 1 fl oz Mẩy Amaro Bitters
(22.5ml) ¾ fl oz brown sugar simple syrup (1:1)
Milk of your choice
Directinos
Add the first three ingredients to a Collins glass over ice and stir to combine.
Top with milk of your choice.
Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
